Zoe and Sadie are both passionate about being more aware of how our emotions can be held, expressed, and released through our bodies. During your session, you may practice body scans (mentally focusing on your body, slowly “scanning” from one part of your body to another), stretching, sitting or moving your body in a way that allows for greater understanding of what’s going on inside of you in response to what’s happening outside of you.
